I am running Windows 7 64bit. I use a horse racing program called 'Bet Angel' which enables me to trade on Betfair by backing high and laying low among other things. The program provides Excel templates which can be downloaded to assist in this. I have done this, but when I try to access a template I get the following: Unable to open exccel - retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID (000-0000-C000046) failed due to error 80040154.
